Order Processing Time
All orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
- Orders placed before 12:00 PM (PT) will be processed the same business day
- Orders placed after 12:00 PM (PT) will be processed the next business day
Once your order is processed, it will ship according to the selected shipping method.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times begin once your order has shipped and are as follows:
- Economy Ground (Standard Shipping): 3–7 business days
- Economy Express (Expedited Shipping): 2–3 business days
Delivery times may vary depending on destination, carrier delays, or other factors outside of our control.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship within the United States only. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Orders may ship in multiple packages depending on product availability.
