Return Policy
Call our customer service team at 407-649-0013 Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm for questions on returns. Return requirements are; must have a sales receipt of purchase, product must have original box, unaltered, all product must be unused, and returned 30 days from date of purchase.
All sales of custom products are final and may not be returned. If you purchased a customized product online and you would like to talk to our Volvik experts about any inaccuracies, or damage during shipping, please contact our customer service team at 407-649-0013 Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase on Volvik.com you may return it to us for a refund. We will refund unused, unaltered products within 30 days of original purchase date with a receipt. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Orders granted FREE shipping that are partially returned disqualifying & voiding their free shipping will have the cost of the shipping deducted from their return. Sale, clearance, and personalization (logo) items are not eligible for returns.
